On Sustainable Packaging…

Well, we’re back from Yosemite, and quite frankly, I could have stayed, but it’s back to the grind.

I wanted to shift attention to someone else’s blog tonight, because I am in the midst of working on a couple of other blog posts to come, am in the middle of making dinner, and wanted to highlight a topic I’m fascinated by…packaging. Sustainable packaging at that.

In particular, check out the post noting Target’s new cereal packaging…(excerpt here: “….Archer Farms cereals are now sold in rounded “streamlined” cereal boxes without the need for an inner plastic bag holding the cereal. The new packaging also features an easy-flow spout and snap shut reclosable lid to maintain freshness. The new packaging is made from 55% recycled material with 50% post-consumer content.”
