The Environmental Business Cluster has relationships with the National Renewable Energy Lab and the National Alliance of Clean Energy Business Incubators. 

Advisors include people like Barbara Harley, former head of the International Business Incubator in San Jose.  She’s an excellent resource, and though I don’t know everyone within the organization, I suspect this is a very well-connected organization.  Jim Robbins, also an advisory board member, has been heavily involved in the development of incubators both nationally and internationally.  His knowledge of incubators that can support green/clean tech and services companies is probably unparalled, as a result of his involvement in the formation of so many incubators.
