Has anybody read through this list? http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?articleID=000398F0-45B5-137E-85B583414B7F0000

Very interesting.  And yes, I’m sorry I haven’t blogged for a good solid week or so, but I’ve been very busy, and quite frankly, tired. So I’m back at it, recharged a bit after the weekend. Though I must say, it wasn’t quite as much fun for Jon, as it was for me, because he was a bit under the weather, and the Eagles lost by the slimmest of margins.  Good game though.  Anyway- I digress.  This is an interesting list.  And just as interesting to me is the Editorial Board of Scientific American - have you seen who’s on it?

EDITORIAL ADVISORY BOARD
Micha Asscher, Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Charles Elachi, Jet Propulsion Laboratory
Paul Horn, IBM
International Development Enterprises
Michael E. Mann, Pennsylvania State University
John P. Moore, Cornell University
Joe Poon, University of Virginia
Seth J. Putterman, University of California, Los Angeles
Ted Selker, MIT Media Lab
Anthony J. Tether, DARPA
Thomas Thundat, Oak Ridge National Laboratory

Very interesting board. And all of my rambling here leads me to one really interesting little group: The Green Chemistry Institute.  http://www.chemistry.org/portal/a/c/s/1/acsdisplay.html?DOC=greenchemistryinstitute\industry.html.

In case you’re interested in finding out more - check out some of the events mentioned on The Institute’s website at http://www.chemistry.org/portal/a/c/s/1/acsdisplay.html?DOC=greenchemistryinstitute\conferences.html.
