UN Launches 500 Million Emergency Relief Fund…

This is great news. But I just have one question…how are these funds going to be appropriated, and do they account for needed green technologies? There should be a resource directory of green technology companies standing at the ready in times of national and international disasters…anyone know where one of those is?
